Product Description

Products for “Technical Moulding” are made either of black PP filled with talc (at 20% or 40%) or black PP copolymer.
They are normally used in the automotive industry.

The products are divided into 3 categories:

• • CP08 black – Black Polypropylene Copolymer: This product is normally used in the automotive industry (i.e. bumpers, side bands) and also in the construction industry (i.e. pipes’ connections). It has got specific mechanical and technical characteristics and it’s possible also to get an “Aesthetic Black” with UV protection.
• • T2012T black – Black polypropylene filled with Talc at 20%: This product is normally used in the automotive industry (i.e. dashboards, underhoods). It has got specific mechanical and technical characteristics and it’s possible also to get an “Aesthetic Black” with UV protection.
• • T4012T black – Black polypropylene filled with Talc at 40%: This product is normally used in the automotive industry (i.e. underhhods, air-conditioning parts). It has got specific mechanical and technical characteristics and it’s possible also to get an “Aesthetic Black” with UV protection. 

By demand it’s also possible to produce different materials to be used in the making of car lights, air vents, (washing machine) drums.
